Terms for using Instructional Partner AI
These terms govern the use of instructionalpartnerai.com and the Instructional Partner AI platform by visitors, customers, educators, organizations, and authorized users.
Effective date: April 19, 2026
Use of the Service
Instructional Partner provides instructional planning, assessment, workflow, and related support tools for educators, schools, districts, and authorized users.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
Organizations may manage access for their users through administrative roles and organizational settings within the platform.
Customer Content
You retain responsibility for the materials, uploads, prompts, and other content you submit to the platform.
By using the service, you authorize Instructional Partner to process that content to generate requested instructional outputs, maintain workflows, support users, and improve operational reliability.
You are responsible for confirming you have the right to upload and use instructional source materials. The platform may record source type, license, attribution, and related rights metadata to support traceability and safer generation behavior.
Generated Outputs
The platform may generate assessments, plans, trackers, vocabulary resources, forms, and other instructional artifacts based on user inputs and uploaded materials.
Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before classroom, district, or public use, including checking instructional quality, accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with local expectations.
Generated outputs are intended to be original instructional materials informed by concepts, standards, themes, and teacher context rather than near-copies of uploaded source text.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to upload unlawful content, violate the rights of others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, or misuse exported or generated materials.
You may not use the service to develop competing products through scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive automated access.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time. We may also modify features, workflows, integrations, or infrastructure as the platform evolves.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for temporary service interruptions, maintenance, or third-party provider outages.
Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with or rely on third-party providers such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, email services, identity providers, and Google Forms or similar tools.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Instructional Partner disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Instructional Partner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
